AutoPay: The easiest way to pay your bill
Some customers can cancel by signing in to My CenturyLink and finding the green "Disconnect Service" button on the Home screen. All other customers, please contact us to cancel.
You can find your account number on your bill, on My CenturyLink, and in the welcome letter or order confirmation we sent you when you ordered service.
If your account has been suspended for non-payment, there are two ways to pay and get your service restored: pay online or by automated phone system. If you're unable to pay your bill in full, you can make payment arrangements.
You can move your CenturyLink service to a new address by activating service in your new home before disconnecting the service at your old one. Start the process online by signing in to My CenturyLink, or chat with an agent to schedule your move.
Use My Appointments to view, reschedule, or cancel a tech appointment. If you think you need a technician but don't have an appointment, start with our Troubleshooter to check for problems with your service, troubleshoot issues, and set up a repair appointment if needed.
