What is changing?

Beginning December 15, 2023, Identity Theft Protection and Lifetime Modem Warranty will no longer be offered. Your @Ease bundle will still provide CenturyLink Security by McAfee and Inside Wire Protection.

 

Note: This change does not impact any of your other CenturyLink services.

Why is my @Ease monthly rate decreasing?

Due to recent product availability changes, we are removing some of the benefits of the @Ease plan. Because of this change, your new rate for your @Ease bundle will decrease to $21.99/month.

Will my @Ease monthly rate decrease if I have a current Price for Life promotion?

Yes, because @Ease is an additional service that is not included in Price for Life offers.

When will the new @Ease monthly rate appear on my bill?

The new monthly rate will be effective January 2024 and will appear on your January bill.

Do I need to do anything?

If you want to continue your current @Ease subscription, you don’t need to do anything.

 

If you no longer want to continue your @Ease subscription, please contact us to cancel the plan.
