If you're having trouble getting web pages to load quickly or respond, your web browser could be the cause. If browsers get out of date, they can slow things down when trying to load web pages, and can also cause security risks. Check your browsers on your computer as well as your mobile devices (tablets and smartphones).
The first step is to figure out if you're using the most current version of your preferred browser. Each browser has an "about" option somewhere in the app settings, which will usually run an automatic check to see if you have the latest version installed.
Whenever prompted, or if you see that the version on your computer or device is outdated, go ahead and download the newer version.
