Have you forgotten your My CenturyLink username or your password, or both?

So you've forgotten your credentials and can't log in. Trust us - it's incredibly common to forget your username or password.

If you're not sure why you can't sign in, here's what to do:

  1. Request your username, which will be sent to the email address on your account.
  2. Set a new password.

If you know the email address associated with your My CenturyLink profile, just request that we send your username there.

If you've tried your password and it's not working, take another look at your username. If you haven't customized your username, it's likely your email address. Try using your email address as the username and the password you think is right.

Still not working? Your password is a very important element to keeping your information and call details private. We're obligated to ask you to provide a bit more security information before we can set your password.

You'll need:

  • Your My CenturyLink username
  • The security answer or security code (depending on which is on record)
  • We may ask for your account number
