Normally, your account is simply updated when changes are made to your services, but on rare occasions changing your products or services will change your bill date, which then changes your AutoPay date.
After you have made a change to your CenturyLink products or services, you can simply check your next bill to see if your bill date has changed.
Your AutoPay payment will occur about 18 days after your bill date.
Please note: The "bill date" is not the due date for your bill, but the date it was issued. You can find this date at the top of the bill.
