Sometimes you may want to pay your bill in person so that you can talk face-to-face with a person, or use a broader set of payment options. At most in-person payment locations, you can pay with credit or debit card, cash, check or money order. Some locations even accept payment from your savings account.
CenturyLink does not have any physical locations where you can pay your bill, but we do partner with CheckFreePay agents and Western Union agents in many locations.
