ACI Processing Charge
A $3.00 ACI Processing Charge will be included on AutoPay and Prepaid credit or debit card payments on or after June 14, 2024. Set up payment by bank account transfer to avoid this charge. Does not apply to customers in Colorado or Minnesota.
You can set up your Prepaid account using bank account transfer or a credit/debit card.
Your first payment is made when you place your order, and may include one-time charges for a modem or installation. Your next monthly payment will be automatically deducted from the bank account or credit/debit card on file one month after your internet service is activated, and then on the same payment date each month.
See your confirmation email for your monthly service amount or sign in to My CenturyLink to view your account details.
Prepaid accounts are automatically set for paperless billing. You will receive your monthly bill by email, plus a reminder that your automatic payment is scheduled to go through on the set date.
